Over 90 women from across the world took the stage to fight for the much coveted crown of the much awaited pageant across the universe, The Miss Universe 2017.
The contest returns to Las Vegas after having held in the Philippines the previous year. The most beautiful lady to win the title of Miss Universe 2017 was crowned last Sunday from the Axis Theater located at the famous Planet Hollywood casino and resort.
A total of ninety-two women will represent each of their own country as they grace the famous event which will be aired live on FOX channel at 7 pm EST.
And despite messing up the crowning of the 2015 Miss Universe, Steve Harvey managed to return as the event’s host. Rachel Platten, the hitmaker of the famous song, ‘Fight Song’, and Grammy Award winner Fergie will also be there to perform and liven up the stage with their outstanding production numbers.
‘America’s Next Top Model’s former judge, Jay Manueal and YouTube personality, Lele Pons will be two of the judges for the show.
The current Miss Universe from France, Iris Mittenaere, will be the one to crown her successor. Kara McCullough from Washington, D.C. will represent the United States.
This year’s pageant is the largest in its history. Cambodia, Nepal and Laos represented their country for the first time in today’s Miss Universe.
