Please be advised that there are many medical conditions that may result in thinning hair and lashes and loss of hair and lashes, and also medications that have side effects. Some side effects can affect the natural hair growth process, which therefore can affect client lash retention. Every individual situation is different and therefore cannot be predicted. This is something Carolina Eye Candy, LLC has no control over. We have many different professional, medical grade adhesives we use and if one product does not work well, we will try another to see if it has better lash retention for the client. Naturally clients shed 1-3 natural lashes per day, therefore if an extension is attached to that lash that has shed, that is normal. Shedding can happen on the same day of an application, as there is no indication on a natural lash that an extension has been applied to whether or not it is about to shed. Therefore clients should have 50 of their extensions remaining at the time of a fillin {for semi-permanent lashes or volume lashes.} Please use care when administering contacts. People can develop allergies to anything at anytime, so if you feel you may have developed an allergy to any of the eyelash care and/or eyelash products used, please let us know immediately so the eyelashes can be removed in a professional manner, and seek your doctor for assistance.

Xtreme Lashes is a brand name of a company that offers eyelash extensions products. Just like facial tissues have been branded by Kleenex and Puffs, facial tissues are just facial tissues so the brand is irrelevant. The products of eyelash extensions are not manufactured solely for that company.
