It flushes out all the toxins from our bodies.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Water can also reduce pimples, scars, and marks.<\/span><\/p>\n Staying hydrated keeps the skin’s elasticity. Heightened elasticity of the skin will result in lesser skin sagging and no premature appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.<\/span><\/p>\n When the skin looks puffy, it is retaining water to protect you from dehydration. Puffiness happens when you do not drink enough water. It is crucial to keep the balance of water and oil in our skin, and the result – smaller pores, decrease acne breakouts and reduces blemishes.<\/span><\/p>\n We’re told that we should drink at least eight glasses of water every day, but there is a simple way to calculate how much water you need daily. Divide your weight in half and drink that amount in ounces.
