Whether you have dry, sensitive, oily, or normal skin, it is important to make sure you use the right method of exfoliation for your skin type.<\/span><\/p>\n It depends on your skin type and the form of exfoliation. According to skin experts, one to two times a week is just enough for it to be effective. Do not over-exfoliate. Stop exfoliating if you notice some form of abnormalities on your skin like redness, inflammation, peeling and irritation. Do not exfoliate if you are using certain medication or acne products.
