How can you get your skin ready for spring? After the harsh regimen you put your skin through winter, what can you do now to ensure that your skin is up to the task for spring?

Winter can be extremely harsh to our skin, especially to our face. Breakouts and dry flaky skin is normal during that season and spring is the time to let your skin breathe. Here are just some of the few tips you need to do to be spring ready.

1. Get a facial

Dead skin cells are so last season. Rejuvenate your face by getting a facial. Salons or skin centers normally use machines that can take away your skin cells leaving you with a younger, glowing face. If you want visibly younger looking face, try getting a collagen infused facial. A diamond peel is also a good option.

2. Get a hand and foot paraffin treatment

Next to your face and hair, you should also give equal attention to your hands and feet. A paraffin treatment helps relieve hands, feet , sore muscles and joints

3. Exercise

It’s about time to get rid of your excess weight accumulated last Christmas. For starters, you can do brisk walking for 30 minutes at least thrice a week. Not only will you lose weight, but it also flush out toxins from your body.

4. Moisturize

It’s the number one rule in the beauty bible. Our skin especially face, needs all the nourishment it can get so moisturize after taking a bath and before going to sleep.

5. Don’t forget the sunblock

May it be winter, spring, summer or fall… sunblock is another essential that no reasonable woman should leave home without.

6. Drink lots of water

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate and the best way to do it is to drink lots of water. Most experts recommend at least 8 glasses of water.

7. Lay off the booze and the cigarettes

Not only are they harmful to your health, they can also help you look ten years older. Plus you get to save on money if you cut these vices out of your life.

These might be basic tips but these are tips that have been neglected by people. Take good care of your skin and be spring ready.
