In the state of South Carolina, the only authorized personnel to offer eyebrow waxing (or waxing of any kind) and eyelash services are licensed cosmetologists or licensed estheticians. I have had to inform these individuals that nail technicians are not properly educated, trained and licensed to provide the service.  We have also had to remove horrible lashes that have been done at a nail salon.  <\/p>\n<p>Please know who you are being serviced by and if they are even licensed to practice the service you are trusting them to perform and pay for.
